Skill, hard work
and heart.

Spend time with Jess and Bill at JB Perry Welding & Fabrication and you see how much of themselves they put into the business. They are a truly hardworking couple, bringing practical skill, determination and a warm welcome to their workshop in Llandow, South Wales.

During our time photographing their work, what stood out was the care behind it. There is heart and soul in this business, from the attention they give each job to the way they treat people. Everyone is met with respect, and that matters just as much as the finished work.

Ideas into metal

Jess is an excellent welder, with the concentration and care that good metalwork demands. Bill has the kind of practical ingenuity that makes you feel he can make just about anything. Together, they bring welding and fabrication skills to repairs, modifications and bespoke projects.

The workshop photographs show that work at close quarters: preparing material, using the machinery, working at the bench and tackling the jobs that keep vehicles and equipment useful. It is a hands-on business, built around people who take pride in what they do.

Keeping trucks and vans working

Alongside welding and fabrication, Jess and Bill also carry out diesel truck and van repairs. For owners and businesses, that means being able to discuss both metalwork and vehicle repair needs directly with the people doing the work.

A new rent-a-ramp area

They are also setting up a rent-a-ramp area at the back of the workshop. It is a new part of the business in development, so contact Jess and Bill directly for the latest on availability, booking arrangements and what the facility will offer.
